1. Self Healing Concrete:

Self-healing concrete is a product that will biologically produce limestone by bacterial reaction to heal cracks that appear on the surface of concrete structures.

micro cracks sometimes heal themselves as many types of concrete feature a certain crack-healing capacity.

the cost is high as compared to normally used concrete.

2.Self Compacting Concrete:

Self compacting concrete is a fresh concrete that flows under its own weight and does not require external vibration to settlement and compaction.

It is used in the construction where it is hard to use vibrators for consolidation of concrete.

this concrete is also costlier but it requires less labour, and no use of vibrator and also it decrease the cost of labour on site.

3.3D Printed Concrete:

Concrete 3D printing is the new tool in the toolbox of architects and construction companies.

which offers a quick and cost-efficient way of building homes.

for high rise building we need huge size of printer and the it uses recyclable concrete as raw material,

waiting for this technology to come in india.

4.Eco or Green Concrete:

Green concrete is the concrete which uses waste material as at least one of its components, or its production process does not lead to environmental destruction, or it has high performance and life cycle sustainability and it produce less carbon as compared to other concrete.

5.Pervious Concrete:

Pervious concrete is a special type of concrete with a high porosity used for concrete work and it use the applications that allows water from precipitation and other sources to pass through it, thereby reducing the runoff from a site and recharging ground water levels.
